Jasmin Reiners is a graduate physicist and a European Patent Attorney. She supports companies with deep technical expertise and extensive experience in intellectual property law. After studying physics at the universities of Tübingen and Augsburg, she worked for several years as a patent professional and joined RPK Patent Attorneys in 2020. Since 2023, she has been a qualified representative before the European Patent Office.
Her technical focus lies in the areas of mechatronics, control and sensor technology, manufacturing technologies, coating technologies, and materials science. Thanks to her physics background and many years of experience in drafting patent applications, she has a strong grasp of complex technical developments and innovative solutions.
Jasmin Reiners advises clients throughout the entire patent granting process – from identifying patentable inventions and drafting applications to representing clients before the European Patent Office (EPO).
As a trusted advisor for SMEs, industrial companies, and technology-driven start-ups, she helps develop effective IP strategies.
